Production Manager | Labels | Belfast | Salary to Attract The Best  

 

A leading packaging and business with over 160 sites globally. Consistently growing through new business wins and acquisitions specialising within the label industry. With a multitude of packaging and label offerings Home & Beauty, Food, Automotive Beverage, and Healthcare.

 

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing teams across print and finishing producing labels for the Pharmaceutical sector
  • Planning and scheduling work across the team
  • Quality control
  • Implementing and monitoring KPI’s
  • Implementing and monitoring continuous improvement

 

Key attributes required:

  • Experience as a Production Manager, Shift Manager or similar within the labels sector
  • Strong understanding of printing and finishing machines and materials
  • Hardworking, with a commitment to going above and beyond for customers
  • Willingness to learn and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Experience overseeing operations, with responsibility to scheduling work, ideally in a fast paced environment
