Sales Development Manager | Luxury Packaging | Hybrid - London | £60k plus OTE


A hugely successful packaging group with a London base, offering skill in developing initial packaging concepts, to create memorable unboxing experiences! Their expertise and offering spans design, sourcing, print, manufacturing, and managing global distribution!


As Sales Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business across premium boxes, cartons and luxury packaging
  • Pursuing and securing new clientele across a broad spectrum of industries including: Beauty and Fragrance, Jewelry and Watches, and Spirits
  • Adopting a consultative stance to offer solutions through the company's offerings
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies
  • Managing accounts once accounts onboarded


Key attributes required:

  • Proven new business experience
  • Business acumen to source business using techniques such as cold calling   
  • Essential experience within the packaging industry, desirable within boxes and premium/lux packaging 
  • Personable and ambitious, with training and development available for Sales Director career route
  • A relationship builder, able to naturally build relationships across internal and external stakeholders!
