Sales Manager | Flexible Packaging | Remote – covering from Manchester south to London | Up to £50k plus OTE

Proud to offer a range of products including Polypropylene Films (OPP/CPP), laminates, skin film, polyester film (PET), pouches, and sachets. This organisation also invests heavily into their staff growth and development.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and winning new business within the bakery, meat, fish & cheese, health & nutrition, and pharmaceuticals markets
• Selling Polypropylene Films (OPP/CPP), laminates, skin film, polyester film (PET), pouches, and sachets
• Growing and developing existing accounts
• Maintaining and developing an active pipeline
• Covering a client base across the UK from M62 downwards to London

Key attributes required:

• Demonstrable track record of winning new business
• Experience working within the film market
• Fantastic communication and relationship building skills
• A consultative approach to identifying and delivering client requirements
• The ability to present and negotiate at a high level
