Technical Sales Manager | Printed Electronics and Interfaces | UK – Remote | £60k - £65k plus commission

 

A market leader specialising in the design and manufacture of a wide range of printed, functional and decorative products for an international customer base across electronics, medical automotive and industrial sectors.  Their output integrates cutting-edge multi-layer human-machine interface (HMI) technology. These products combine highly decorative interfaces with electronic functionality, offering the most innovative printed results.

 

As Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a steady stream of new clients
  • Seeking out and capitalising on new opportunities by utilizing the company’s comprehensive capabilities and products to influence customer strategies
  • Proactively determine the technical solutions that align with client needs (both technical and commercial),
  • Recommending and implementing solutions that ensure successful conversion and optimize value for both the client and the company
  • Supporting and guiding R&D and New Product Development initiatives

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in consultative sales with OEMs and CEMs
  • Dynamic and proactive, with a keen sense for identifying opportunities and the capacity to act swiftly and efficiently
  • Well-versed in the technical aspects of interface products, the market, and its clientele
  • Driven and enthusiastic, with a history of successfully meeting customer needs on both technical and commercial fronts
  • Excellent presentation and persuasive negotiation skills
