Account Manager (Customer Marketing / POS) - London - £30,000 - £35,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Marketing Account Manager to join an innovative specialist marketing communications provider to high end retail brands.
About the Account Manager position:
- Spending a minimum 3 days a week on-site this fantastic Global Home Entertainment client in London you will need to understand all up and coming releases and liaise with the product managers and sales team to obtain all required information that needs to produce the POS on time and on budget.
- Spending time at our client's head office as necessary to liaise with Account Team on all POS updates and opportunities.
- Communicate critical paths to the relevant parties and ensure that lead times are adhered to
- Identify any additional print or design opportunities within their client
- Create and manage complex Excel documents
It would be beneficial for you to have customer marketing experience and understand retail environments. Home entertainment and POS experience would be ideal.
Personality is key - you need to be able to build strong relationships with this prestigious client and obtain all of the information that is needed to put through large campaigns. This can involve pushing the client to meet our critical paths so they need to be strong but personable!
