A global leader in integrated media production is seeking a Technical Project Manager to work within the Group IT team and oversee the installation, configuration, development and management of the ESKO software systems published. You must be an organized individual with an obsessive attention to detail.
The role will involve documenting requirements and obtaining stakeholder sign-off, putting together implementation plans, testing, and final roll-out, therefore experience of delivering IT projects at scale whilst working with numerous stakeholders is a must. 
As a senior member of the team you must be approachable and exhibit great communicator in order to support and mentor the junior members, offering guidance and training when necessary. 
In addition to this, you will also help cover the IT Helpdesk as part of the rota, taking one or two days per week to offer support to our users through phone, email, or in person therefore you must be highly capable of scoping and advising on technical solutions, and communicate complex technical issues to non-technical colleagues. 

Responsibilities Overview:
Project Management
•    Capturing and documenting requirements, and estimating timescales. 
•    Obtaining stakeholder sign-off of the requirements. 
•    Designing and documenting implementation plans.
•    Managing resource effectively (people and time).
Implementation Tester
•    Performing adequate testing on each project worked upon.
•    Documenting your testing thoroughly and accurately within an implementation test plan.
Helpdesk Support
•    Tracking support issues within the Helpdesk ticketing software.
•    Communicating effectively with users.
•    Performing system upgrades, sometimes outside of normal business hours.
•    Being available two or three days per week for support cover.
•    Supporting other systems hosted by our client, such as ShareFile and Mass Transit.
•    Escalating issues that require a development project to be initiated to the Software Development Manager.
•    Communicating effectively with users.
Abode Support
•    Supporting the Adobe Creative Suite installations, including Illustrator Deskpack, 3D Studio Toolkit, and Esko Dynamic Content Plug-in.
•    Writing and testing scripts for use within Illustrator and Photoshop, and for use with Script Runner.

Esko Systems Support
•    Installing, configuring and maintaining Esko Products, Plugins and associated licences.
•    Customizing the WebCenter installations through requirements capture and sign-off, implementation planning, execution, and testing. 
•    Designing, documenting and implementing workflows (in both systems).
•    Automating production through hot-folder configuration, scripting and API integration.
•    Managing user creation, group configuration, and security implementation.
•    Logging support calls with Esko, working with Esko engineers to resolve issues, and installing hotfixes.
Font Support
•    Supporting the management of fonts for the company.
Research And Development
•    Investigating and evaluating new technologies, methodologies, tools that could benefit the company.
•    Performing prototyping to identify suitability.
•    Preparing written documentation to support the findings.
•    Helping and supporting the junior members of the team.
