Areas of responsibility
Managing Estimating and Customer Account Management
Ensure adherence to the procedures throughout the Commercial Department.
Workflow and production planning initiatives, quality & business improvement policies.
To work closely with Client Services & Sales Development to give highest levels of customer support & service.
Assist as necessary with supply chain management QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent organisational, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Commercial awareness in all aspects of print & finishing
High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills
IT literacy and numeric capability
The ability to analyse workflow & understand/assimilate industry based technical processes.
Technical awareness of our service offering and be able to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities. AS OUR CLIENT HAS A T/O OF OVER £50M PA THEY WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO CURRENTLY OR HAVE RECENTLY WORKED FOR A COMPANY WITH A T/O OF MINIMUM £20M PA.
