Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager who has a background of servicing in house accounts across a multitude of sectors.

The Role:

We have a great career opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join us as we continue to grow. You will have full responsibility for managing the client relationships as well as supporting the Sales Team.

This role will require you to create and manage many different elements of the client's requirements and will see you be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering projects from briefing through to production

You will also act as an additional point of contact between clients and our busy production team.

Key duties and experience:

  • At least 4 years industry experience
  • Liaising with the client on existing, and forthcoming projects, including the planning and development of plans to complete those projects within the client time scales and to the quality levels expected. Being able to Support an extremely demanding sales team
  • Maintaining old and new customer relationships, spotting up sell opportunities and ensuring their current and future needs are recognised and met
  • Exceptional organisation skills and being a good communicator is key to being able to fulfil this role.
  • A strong technical understanding
  • Excellent communication skills all round
  • Team playing capabilities, but with a strong ability to work on own initiative
  • Knowledge of Tharstern Primo would be an advantage
