As an Account Manager for one of the company’s most prestigious clients, your core responsibility will be the delivery of Print and Point of Sale campaigns. You will provide expert support for your client’s day to day printed requirements and will quickly develop an understanding of their business and industry sector. The company will expect you to review and revise current procedures to ensure efficiency. You will be integral to managing supplier relationships, reviewing these regularly to ensure all print is delivered with all set SLA’s. You will contribute towards the account’s performance, finding the perfect balance between quality and quantity.
The Required Skills and Experience
It goes without saying that an Account Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but the successful candidate will also need a strong understanding of Commercial Print and POS print. You will understand how to deal with prestigious projects within the retail sector, having the required eye for detail and expertise to deliver a fantastic service. You will possess a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel.
To be successful as the Account Manager, you must have experience of finding effective solutions for client requirements. You will be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and sharing your expertise with more inexperienced team members.
