The Role:

You will provide leadership across all divisional sales departments, evaluating business performance and identifying opportunities for growth and development. In addition:

  • Managing internal and external sales teams
  • Devise and implement strategy to support growth, development and profit objectives
  • Communicate technical secure solutions concepts to key clients at all levels
  • Work with the international division to develop sales strategy

The Successful Candidate:

We are looking for a high calibre individual to join the management team with demonstrable experience managing or directing sales divisions. Key skills required:

  • Currently operating in the print/print management sector, knowledge of secure solutions an advantage
  • Excellent and compelling leader with gravitas and the ability to operate as part of the senior management team
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering growth strategy
  • Strong commercial focus with excellent communication skills at all levels
