You will provide leadership across all divisional sales departments, evaluating business performance and identifying opportunities for growth and development. In addition:
- Managing internal and external sales teams
- Devise and implement strategy to support growth, development and profit objectives
- Communicate technical secure solutions concepts to key clients at all levels
- Work with the international division to develop sales strategy
The Successful Candidate:
We are looking for a high calibre individual to join the management team with demonstrable experience managing or directing sales divisions. Key skills required:
- Currently operating in the print/print management sector, knowledge of secure solutions an advantage
- Excellent and compelling leader with gravitas and the ability to operate as part of the senior management team
- Demonstrable experience of delivering growth strategy
- Strong commercial focus with excellent communication skills at all levels
