As an Account Manager, you will be the primary line in to Direct Mail and Marketing Communications. You will be working with high-priority client, creatively delivering excellence against the whole service offering. Ensure the delivery of services to our client whilst delivering sustained profit growth from the accounts for which you are responsible. With the account director you will develop and deliver account plans to ensure all relationships are efficient and our service offerings are fully explored by the client. You will work in close partnership with other departments to ensure service levels and quality standards are met. You will help identify and implement improvements. You will take a keen eye on financial performance whilst managing a hub of Account Executives.
The Required Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with broad shoulders who relishes working under pressure in a professional environment. The Account Manager will need to demonstrate an unflappable approach to problem-solving and managing difficult situations. You will have strong Direct Mail experience and be comfortable working on time sensitive direct marketing campaigns. You will have commercial relationship experience, although not essential, experience working within a regulated environment, such as Finance or Pharmaceuticals, would be beneficial. You will be skilled seasoned operational manager who has strong experience of managing client relationships You will be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and stakeholder management competencies also.
