£35-45K (Depending on Experience) + Overtime + 20 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Healthcare + Pension

Hours of Work: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Our client is a leading large format digital & exhibitions company based in the South East. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager / Account Director to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop client relationships and customer satisfaction by providing problem solving solutions that are creatively led and commercially sound
  • Responsible for the commercial delivery of specified key accounts as well as supporting the new business sales team with new solutions and quotes
  • Developing multiple points of contact within the organisation, you will be constantly challenged on how to maximise the company experience across different accounts
  • Creating, maintaining, developing account plans for each client for the year ahead, clearly updating and maintaining each month, reviewing quarterly
  • Leading their client relationships to build and sustain long-term business for the company
  • Support the company's wider new business effort to acquire new clients assisting in presentations and pitches and identifying new business opportunities
  • Undertake appropriate and effective client entertainment
  • Take detailed accurate briefs from the client, using production knowledge to guide and produce a workable, deliverable opportunity
  • Negotiate cost estimates to ensure commercial delivery of jobs, in that all projects and contracts are priced to generate a good profit for the company
  • Working with Projects Teams to support and monitor project handover to the operation department, to ensure accurate, detailed communication, whilst seeking advice and input from all stakeholders
  • Weekly meetings updating Client Services Manager on current and forthcoming jobs
  • Compliance at all times with our ISO framework and responsibilities
  • Working with appropriate budget and date sharing software (Clarity / Smartsheet) to ensure appropriate training and compliance across the commercial team


Requirements:
  • Due to the nature of the industry, the successful candidate must be willing to work weekends and additional hours during busy periods. Time in Lou will be given for weekend work
  • People management skills
  • Ability to support and develop an Account Team
  • Extensive production knowledge in the industry (modular exhibitions, custom built exhibitions, large format / graphics prints)
  • An excellent communicator with the flair to engage all types of contacts with a strong commercial acumen
  • Experience of identifying and generating own leads
  • Proven track record for achieving revenue targets
  • Ability to develop relationships to fully understand key client personal motivations and aspirations
  • Excellent customer service / focus skills are essential
  • Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PP & relevant Adobe products)
  • Excellent eye for detail, able to use initiative and work under pressure
