Our client is a leading supplier within the POS and large format digital industry, they offer excellent service standards and product quality from design through to production working with some of the world's most prestigious brands.

They are looking to recruit an internal Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
  • To provide clients with an outstanding level of service with focus on communication, accuracy, reliability and dependability
  • To ensure that all key project documentation is obtained, shared and communicated seamlessly to the relevant internal and external parties in good order and in a timely manner in order to facilitate the smooth execution of any project
  • To ensure that all project documentation and correspondence is filed centrally for easy retrieval by all parties
  • To establish and maintain excellent relationships, based on trust and reliability, with all relevant internal departments and with client contacts
  • To manage multiple ongoing projects, with over-lapping timelines, to a high quality standard, within budget
  • Instigate initial project paperwork
  • Liaise with Client to obtain all relevant and required project information; quantities, packing requirements, delivery addresses etc.
  • Issue internal briefs to Studio, Production and Commercial departments with all correct information to obtain estimates, graphic visuals, or structural prototypes
  • Organise receipt and checking of file copies before sending to client
  • Organise photography of file copies and drafting of information for case studies if appropriate
  • Manage any change requests effectively ensuring minimum impact on cost and lead time
  • Throughout all stages of the project communicate with all internal departments and clients by telephone, in person and on email to ensure schedule is adhered to
  • Deal with all ad-hoc client requests in a timely professional manner, including the organisation of any required weekly reporting, call-offs and updates
  • Support other Project Managers if / when work load permits
  • Prepare for all weekly, ad-hoc and bi-annual reviews and appraisals
  • This is an office based role but the successful candidate may be required to travel to manufacturing, client or third-party sites when necessary
  • Managing a few junior Project Managers


Requirements:
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint
  • Project management experience or Project Management certification (PMI or PRINCE2) is desirable
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines is essential
  • Previous 2D & 3D POS experience is essential
