Our client is a marketing solutions and customer communications provider that brings brands to life across every channel, serving customers in a range of markets including retail, financial services, travel, automotive, healthcare, leisure and the public sector.

They are currently seeking an Estimator who they can count on to supply accurate & consistent prices in accordance to customers’ contract, and produce Production Methods in accordance to the Production Method Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce clear and efficient working methods for production, in accordance to guidelines agreed with production
  • Manage & Maintain workflow lists for RFQs & Enquiries
  • Use creative & imaginative ideas for waste reduction and savings
  • Use Excel to build tables and matrices to summarise information. Manage data by sorting, filtering and basic calculation/statistical functions
  • Have a working knowledge and understanding of the MIS systems, tools and calculators
  • Refer to Commercial Manager on high value/high profile estimates & projects
  • Handling & filing information from enquiries in a clear concise format, for future reference
  • Commercial awareness
  • Work to departmental procedures and workflow
  • To adhere to all company procedures  – Company Handbook, ISO9001 and 14001
  • "Maintain account summary information for your nominated accounts
