Senior Account Manager, Print Management - Kent
We seek an experienced & accomplished Senior Account Manager to lead the internal Client Services team within a progressive and highly regarded Print Management business.
With an enviable reputation across the diversity of print, service solutions and intelligent pro-active delivery, this role demands a pro-active Manager who will quickly become a senior member of the Client Management department, delivering first class customer service to a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
You’ll be responsible for managing team of 8 Account/Project Managers, supporting their ongoing development, improving performance and ensuring contracts perform within the agreed SLA’s. Mapping timelines and managing budgets, you’ll have a high level of commercial acumen, managing supplier/sub-contractor cost and quality, whilst also developing the integration of system driven solutions.
Critically, you will have developed a breadth of experience across the diversity of Print, ideally including transactional print and direct mail, alongside the personality & ambition to forge a real impact with Clients, peers & reportees alike.
