A fantastic opportunity to take up, or progress into, a senior leadership role within a Midlands-based print specialist. They are looking to bring a Business Development Manager on board to drive the continued business growth, bringing exceptional sales skills and pitching experience to the team.


Business Development Manager | Large Format, Small Format & B2 Print | East & West Midlands | Up to £50k Depending on Experience


Digital and litho specialist with an established reputation as one of the UK’s leading producers of high quality print. Providing a single source solution for high impact visual communications they have extensive technical knowledge in all areas of print production, using a wide variety of the latest technology. Having attracted top names from the Publishing and Retail sectors, this company are experiencing a major growth plan.


As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business
  • Maximising existing business
  • Selling the company’s full range of large format digital print, in addition to small format and B2 print
  • Selling into a variety of sectors including Exhibition, Events and End Users  
  • Developing long term partnerships with key customers
  • Targeting clients across the whole of the UK with a focus on the Midlands


Key attributes required:

  • Proven track record in selling large format, small format and B2 print
  • Outstanding track record in developing new and existing business
  • Experience of selling into the Exhibition and Events sectors, alongside End Users
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to offer high levels of customer service
  • Based in or around the Midlands region preferably
