Senior Artwork Coordinator based in Maidenhead

An outstanding opportunity to work for one of the UK’s fastest growing print packaging businesses, operating out of superb, purpose built premises.

As Senior Artwork Coordinator based at the customers site in Maidenhead you will be working with a leading pharmaceutical business. Working with our studio (based in Suffolk) you will be responsible for the management and monitoring of artwork projects, ensuring regulatory requirements and standards are met. Ensure internal kpi’s are managed. You will be responsible for helping collate briefs, resolve questions on artworks, and deliver final approved files to plant/printer. You will work closely with the project managers, the studio and interact with customers daily.

Working within the Consumer market would be an advantage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Help prepare and generate the artwork briefs when requested, resolve queries and flag missing information.
  • Attend daily production calls.
  • Weekly meetings with stakeholders to prove artwork updates.
  • Weekly productions with Artwork Project Managers.
  • A central point of contact for artwork issues
  • Representing the client's interest, resolving any queries.
  • Review all comments, collate and co-ordinate amends, monitor artwork status daily
  • Providing advice on the management of projects
  • Collection of all briefing information including codes, local translation texts ect. Locate any missing information from within the origination. 
  • Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
  • Making sure the quality standards are met
  • Delivering the highest customer satisfaction.
