Client Services Manager
A multichannel communication solutions provider is on the search for a driven Client Services Manager to take ownership of own daily tasks, making sure all orders and queries are cleared and resolved wherever possible at the end of each day
This client is a company which builds long-lasting relationships by demonstrating best practice, so the selected candidate will prove a consistent dedication to ensuring excellence in customer service, ensuring they retain their market leading reputation in the supply of print management services.
You will manage relationships with key external stakeholders and will oversee the service delivered to your portfolio of key accounts. You will also work to implement and manage more effective processes for ensuring clients are adequately and consistently serviced. Your focus will always be to work on improving and maintaining the high level of service your clients receive, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Internally, you will oversee a small but highly focused and busy team, acting as the escalation point for any client concerns.
We are looking for a charismatic leader with outstanding people management skills, who exhibits an aptitude to motivate and encourage team members to go above and beyond to meet production deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have proven work experience within the Print Arena with strong technical knowledge.
