The Senior Account Manager will work with a large FMCG client and your core responsibility will be the nurturing of key client needs in terms of the promotional marketing print and Promotional merchandise projects. You will be integral to strengthening relationships with clients and suppliers. You will be in constant contact with suppliers, manage performance of these suppliers and ensure all work is completed within the SLA. The Account Manager will manage key projects, ensuring they are kept on track, completed in a timely manner and within budget.
The Required Skills and Experience
It goes without saying that an Senior Account Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but, as the successful candidate, you will also have a strong knowledge of Promotional Merchandise and POS. Ideally, you will also have a good grasp of the technical processes. You will have strong experience in account management and a keen eye for identifying savings. You will be client facing and skilled in stakeholder management.
To be successful in the role, you will need a proven track record in Clients Services and Account Management with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. You will be innovative with experience of executing effective solutions to client requirements. You will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisation and time management is a prerequisite.
