Duties and responsibilities:
- Receiving enquiries and completing an estimate within the required time scales.
- Liaise with production and sales teams to create a quote which is viable and acceptable to the client in terms of price.
- Creating estimates using In house computing systems, outsourcing enquiries for items not produced in house.
- Excellent IT skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Have an understanding of the print and all allied processes
- Previous experience within estimating
- Good communication skills
- A good work ethic ie. punctual, reliable, organised and a team player
- Have a flexible approach towards working hours
- Problem solving skills are essential in working towards a common goal are a necessity in this role.
- Knowledge of working on an MIS System would be desirable
