Client Services Executive, Retail POS - South Coast
Major Retail Point of Sale solutions provider seeks to appoint a truly dynamic & engaging Client Services professional to lead, maintain and leverage the relationships across several Blue Chip Clients.
Working within an existing Client Services team, you will have responsibility for ensuring accounts are maintained through delivering excellent customer service, co-ordinating the implementation of specific promotional plans with an array of key Client stakeholders, managing all POS requirements that span 2D & 3D creativity & manufactured solutions.
You will be an intelligent, enthusiastic and robust individual who is passionate and knowledgeable about the POS industry, possesses a comprehensive understanding of the sales planning process to include budgeting, forecasting, negotiating and promotional planning.
Previous experience in a similar role in account management role is critical, along with excellent numerical, analytical skills and communication skills (both written and verbal). You’ll need a good working knowledge of excel (and ideally Prism), be a strong team player with the ability to work with autonomy and a highly pro-active attitude.
You will be based onsite at the South Coast based HQ with a reasonably frequent presence at the Clients London site, working within a great culture and a great environment, so the role would be really attractive to individuals working for major company’s in the POS/Digital/Large Format arena who would consider a move to the South Coast/South West an attractive work/life balance decision.
