Global outsourced Retail supply chain organisation, delivering packaging sourcing, promotional execution and supply chain analytics and integration seek to appoint a truly exceptional Graphics Specialist to provide expert technical support within their largest Global Client account.

You will be responsible for managing the requirements of the Clients Global Marketing initiatives; pan-European programs and local country marketing promotions, liaising with all external reprographics facilities & providing expert advice for printability and efficient proofing. Technically supporting the Account Managers during design briefing meetings and the project life cycle, you will work with printers to ensure consistent and high quality print results throughout Europe, acting as the senior fulcrum point between Account Managers, repro services and suppliers to ensure the accurate supply of artwork to meet specific print requirements for a variety of print processes.

Possessing experience in graphics/repro and print including packaging expertise, you must have flair & experience in managing a plethora of mission critical reprographic projects. With comprehensive knowledge of managing artwork and reprographics on packaging, print processes and production techniques and timescales, you’ll have a strong appreciation of reprographic requirements, including flexographic, lithographic and rotogravure printing.

Experience in artwork origination for packaging, including origination from scratch, manipulation of existing designs, basic colour retouching, though to checking and reading is key, via solid experience of working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat and Microsoft Office

You must have good communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to participate in and lead internal and external meetings, whilst being accustomed to delivering in multi-cultural, multi-functional teams. You will have a demonstrable ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet time sensitive & mission critical targets and whilst often working independently, you will contribute to the department’s performance with enthusiasm, flexibility, positive thinking and an informed yet open mind.
