Our client is Large Format Digital and Signage Company based in the South East. They offer a full service from concept to design and installation to a variety of clients in London and the South East. They pride their business on quality and service, they use the highest-grade materials and machinery to produce to class products. They are currently looking to recruit a hands-on Production Manager to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing 2 production staff
  • Operating Mimaki printers and Easymount laminators
  • Design, artworking and pre-press using Adobe Illustrator
  • Ensure production output targets are met
  • Oversee product quality and delivery on time
  • Flexible on working and delivery on time
  • Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule
  • Ensure tools and machinery are maintained
  • Ensuring that health & safety guidelines are followed
  • Enforcing safe working practices
  • Supervising and motivating the team
  • Managing workload and output
  • Identifying any training needs
  • Ordering materials / stock control



Requirements:
  • Able to confidently lead and oversee the team
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willing to work late as and when required
