A premium multi solutions specialist is looking to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales for their printed communications service offering.

Stand-out applicants will be passionate about the printing industry, with a general thirst for knowledge and a significant interest in innovation and improvements. We are looking for someone who is personable and approachable, with an enthusiastic and motivational nature.

The successful applicant will develop a sales pipeline and secure new Print Management clients to a contract value as defined in the annual sales target as set by the line manager.

Key areas of responsibility will include the following:

  • Build relationships with prospects to enable the best opportunity of securing new business.
  • Researching and identifying prospects to agreed criteria for Print Management opportunities
  • Understand key metrics for validation in each business area
  • Maintain the pipeline tool ensuring the accuracy of the information contained therein.
  • Meet agreed KPI measures in terms of calls and appointments
  • Provide weekly reports for Head of Print Management on pipeline updates
  • Provide weekly reports to the Sales Director on activity and performance to KPI measures
  • Provide monthly reports for inclusion on the Board packs to Sales Director
  • Ensure that reports and proposals are professionally written and proofed, following all relevant company guidelines.

This role requires someone who has a full understanding of print and a confidence in proposing printed format solutions. You will be proactive, ensuring knowledge and understanding of the markets served by your customers is gleaned, maintained and developed on an on-going basis, whilst also keeping informed of competitor activities and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities within the marketplace.

The successful applicant will have an ability to deliver clear, concise ideas and complex technical strategies to stakeholders. A creative, precise and effective approach to problem solving is also a highly sought after characteristic for being successful in this role.
