Areas of responsibility
Managing Estimating and Customer Account Management
Assist in the development of our clien't manual to maintain accreditation to the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard. Ensure adherence to the procedures throughout the Commercial Department.
Workflow and production planning initiatives, quality & business improvement policies.
To work closely with Client Services & Sales Development to give highest levels of customer support & service.
Assist as necessary with supply chain management
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent organisational, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Commercial awareness in all aspects of print & finishing
High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills
IT literacy and numeric capability
The ability to analyse workflow & understand/assimilate industry based technical processes.
Ability to be a confident and an assertive individual
Technical awareness of our service offering and be able to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities.
