Our client is a well-established Direct Mail, Transactional, Digital and Fulfilment Organisation with a European and UK presence.

They are currently looking for an IT Manager to join their team, responsible for being the face of the professional services and IT team across the wider business managing the flow of work into the department as well as the communication flow out.

Responsibilities:
  • Line management of the Professional Services and IT Team
  • Point of contact for communication between professional services and customer care
  • Control, produce and document the priority process for the professional services team
  • Facilitate the communication of updates of the Professional and IT services team across the business
  • Update companywide reporting documents
  • Provide support for colleagues both internal and external to the department
  • Deliver weekly / month KPI information
  • Responsible for awareness and understanding of the company's business objectives
  • Conduct yourself with a high degree of professional integrity at all times
  • Understand your responsibility under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and be familiar with the company policy, rules and regulations in this regard
  • Be aware of any training and development requirements


Requirements:
  • Be a team player
  • Capable of working on own initiative
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills
  • A working knowledge of the following would be advantageous:
    o Networking (Cisco Switch)
    o Windows Servers (Operating System, SQL, IIS)
    o Azure Cloud Management
  • Working knowledge of C- .Net
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships across the business
