Our client is a privately owned media/print business with offices based in leafy Hertfordshire, North London Borders and offers a vibrant working environment within a growing company

They have an incredibly fast moving business that is on-line, with a platform that makes this client stand out in terms of technology.

The Digital Marking Manager will help the brand grow at the rate the company has targeted, and as this is a newly created role, it will be a stand alone position initially. The successful candidate will have a varied role and will report into the MD. This opportunity will suit an ambitious and confident digital marketer, who wants to build on their experience in a dynamic and progressive company and is seeking an opportunity to ultimately develop into a Digital Marketing Director

Responsibilities

  • Implement online marketing strategies which will directly result in qualified lead generation
  • Plan and execute all online, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Deliver optimised digital content across a variety of platforms and provide recommendations for content development in line with SEO goals
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance aligned with these
  • Manage Google Analytics, ensuring all campaigns are monitored and implement data led improvements based on insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years work experience in digital marketing within a commercial environment
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimising landing pages.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
