Up To £27.5K (Depending on Experience) + 20 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Pension

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 5:15pm

Our client is a specialist large format printing company based in the South East. They offer a full business solution to a very wide range of customers from design agencies through to end users.

They are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for excellent customer service and the delivery of customers print requirements via the sales team or directly from the customer
  • Producing estimates, managing jobs through the workflow and liaising / communicating with the customer
  • Ensuring the customer specification is adhered to and delivered cost effectively, on time and within the costed quotation
  • Responsible for direct and indirect customer service ensuring a full understanding is gained of the customer requirement including costs, quality and timelines as agreed
  • Ensure all company procedures and process are adhered to
  • Ensure any issues or problems are highlighted to the Team Leader in a timely manner
  • Responsible for assisting colleagues on projects as and when required
  • Responsible for supporting and influencing potential sales into the department
  • Ensure excellent communication is delivered, enhanced and maintained with colleagues, customers and other departments


Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working within the print industry
  • Excellent proven customer service skills
  • Proven ability in handling detailed information
  • Customer & team focused
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
