Supplies Sales Manager
A leading Print and IT firm is seeking a Supplies Sales Manager to join the company and play a major role in expanding their Northern European side of the business. You will grow the Supplies market share in this region by focusing on intensifying current distributor and reseller relationships as well as developing new partnerships. The Supplies Sales Manager will be responsible for strengthening and professionalizing all activity regarding supplies across Northern Europe (UKI and Nordics as key areas). Your main focus will be on influencing and encouraging current and new distributors and resellers to follow set best practice. You will implement and enforce strategic measures to achieve targets in regards to value and volume and report accordingly with senior management and stakeholders. Responsibilities will include: increasing sales, coordinating marketing efforts, managing partners while identifying and providing training. Travel to key clients and stakeholder will be required as you see necessary. Northern Europe is a prospect rich area, ready for you to claim as your own.
The Required Skills and Experience
To be successful as the Supplies Sales Manager for Northern Europe, you will need high levels of expertise in regards to printing supplies (eg promoting original over compatible supplies) and strong knowledge of the channel, distributor and reseller world (eg sell in sell out, running joined promotions etc.) You will be highly motivated, an excellent negotiator and most importantly an outstanding communicator (with various types and levels of people). Previous experience in the printer’s sector is a must. Combining knowledge, experience and charisma is key for this role as is having flexibly to travel. You must be fully proficient in English and any Nordic languages would be a very significant bonus.
In return for your skills and experience as Supplies Sales Manager for Northern Europe, you will be offered a competitive base salary based on experience of up to £ 55,000 including a highly competitive bonus structure!
