The Role:

To be responsible for the overall management & support of new and existing customer projects on a daily basis, whilst providing outstanding customer service and being the primary point of contact between the business & the customer.

Requirements:

•    Develop accounts and build strong relationships with customers

 

•    Identify new business opportunities and encourage new business leads

 

•    Manage high profile key accounts on mandatory and critical mail projects

 

•    Brief with clients and manage the set-up of new campaigns

 

•    Co-ordinate data, artwork and production, and manage campaign process

 

•    Maintain strong working relationships with internal production, commercial and sales departments

 

•    Ensure projects are delivered on time and to client specifications

 

•    Follow through jobs as they progress and report back to the client as necessary

 

•    Suggest changes to improve or enhance processes and quality

 

•    Attend client meetings and report on SLAs

 

•    Spend time on the production floor and become familiar with the production process
