Strategic Sales Director, Large Format Graphics & Displays - National
Exciting and innovative large format solutions business seeks an accomplished Sales Director to lead, manage and mentor their pro-active Sales team based across multiple UK sites, in expanding their presence and reputation in the Graphics & Displays arena.
An established and highly regarded business that has continually invested & intelligently evolved with the ever changing demand of its prestige portfolio of Clients, they now seek to appoint a high calibre Sales Management professional who possesses the demonstrable experience, capability and vision to construct and execute a nationally focussed strategic sales plan, with responsibility for leading, mentoring and developing a current sales force of circa 15 people.
With diversely located manufacturing & sales operations across the UK, you will travel extensively in managing, motivating and evolving an enhanced Sales operation, so the role requires a strong sales professional, with proven leadership skills and drawing on broad Industry relevant experience within the professional B2B sales environment, ideally being well connected & respected within the digital large format, graphics & displays industry.
You must have an impressive track record of Sales management / directorship, with an ability to energise, lead and drive results through a diverse sales organisation, cascading agreed strategy, managing through clear objectives and be responsible for the accountable delivery of your field-based team.
