Impressive Hampshire based Corrugated Packaging design, print and manufacturing Business with an outstanding reputation for creativity, service and Client value add seeks a skilled and experienced Territory Sales Account Manager to manage an array of their key Client relationships, whilst also targeting new Business opportunities.

You will be a genuine Client development professional possessing the intellect and hunger to drive their Client relationships. Assigned circa £1M of existing Client Accounts, you’ll be robust, talented and dynamic, with strong strategic capabilities and the ability to genuinely leverage existing relationships and deliver strong growth results. With proven experience in the corrugated arena, you will be talented and ambitious and will take responsibility for working directly with the Senior Commercial team in the management and development of existing Client Accounts, whilst also focussing on the targeted acquisition of new Business opportunities in enhancing your Territory performance and Business contribution.

Crucial to the continued success of their Business plan, you will have the experience and ability to focus on high profile relationship development with the key stakeholders within the assigned Client accounts and importantly you will have a strong commercial focus on leveraging the maximum return and the development of enhanced opportunities within the broader sphere of their operations.

Possessing presence, gravitas and a breadth of experience across the Retail, Distribution and Ecommerce arena in Corrugated Packaging and Packaging Consumables, you will have a demonstrable track record of high profile Client management and results delivery and the immediately recognisable personality, hunger and dynamism to seek, pitch and convert new Client business opportunities.

Ideally based within a sensible proximity of their Hampshire HQ, you will manage a territory that spans the South Coast to the M4 Corridor, so you will thrive on challenge, be passionate and enthusiastic in your approach and have an ability to communicate at a diverse level of responsibility.

In a fabulous Business where Customer satisfaction is paramount, you’ll have constant liaison between the Customer and all internal areas of the Business, so commercial awareness is critical at all times, in a role offering a breadth of responsibility and impact that will attract experienced and aspirational Packaging Sales professionals.
