Account Manager, Direct Mail - Bristol
Established and continually investing/evolving Bristol based Print and Direct Mail business seeks to appoint an Account Manager with a breadth of direct mail knowledge and experience to join their dynamic Client Services team.
Having invested intelligently in equipment and staff, the business is at an exciting and critical stage of development, and as part of that development, the appointment of truly a high-calibre Account Management professional to support their emerging Direct Mail & Mailing operation is considered key to their enhanced Client integration strategy.
You will be an engaging, focused & process driven individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to a wide portfolio of clientele. You’ll work in close harmony with the Senior team, managing Client’s Direct Mail & Fulfilment Campaigns from initial brief to mail out, utilising your acquired Data, Print, Mailing & Fulfilment experience, which alongside your fabulous personality, and infectious communication skills you will engage & leverage an impressive array of Clients in delivering outstanding service & relationship value propositions.
You will be accustomed to using some form of management information system to record Clients data/briefs accurately (preferably using Shuttleworth MIS), however alternative MIS will be considered positively.
In this fast paced, demanding & yet entrepreneurial environment, you will be accustomed to a strongly autonomous responsibility, possess a sound commercial acumen, a clear understanding of the Client demands & the Business’ Production capability, plus critically, the personality, experience and ability to genuinely build on an outstanding career opportunity.
