POS Production Manager

The Production Manager will be responsible for all aspects of production and execution of all client jobs.
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to ensure smooth workflow; liaising between internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to ensure quality, on-time delivery within budget parameters. You will gather job requirements project management of campaigns or projects with understanding of the client’s objectives, and manage the client’s jobs on-budget, on-time and with the highest level of service and quality.
We need a forward-thinker who can step up to the challenge of solving tough problems and making a difference, developing strategies which are both beneficial and economical for the client and the company. With an analytical mind, you will scrutinise job revenue, cost and profitability by job, as well as quarterly and yearly analysis and reporting.
Candidates must have a background in POS and or Digital / Large Format to apply for this role, as well as experience in manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.
