As a Promotional Operations Manager your core responsibility will be the management of logistics, supply chain and QC/QA/CSR functions for Promotional Merchandise. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with clients and you will be relied upon to provide support for their day to day requirements. You will support and design solutions for Asian sourcing. You will work with the wider business to ensure Asian factory compliance. Identification and introduction of 3rd party suppliers will also be a key accountability. As the Promotional Operations Manager you will identify and assess supplier capability to ensure long term partnerships. The company will expect you to review and revise current standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency. You will handle all escalations and interventions with both buying teams and suppliers.
The Required Skills and Experience
It goes without saying that a Promotional Operations Manager will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but the successful candidate will also have an expert understanding of Promotional Merchandise. You will have expert knowledge of Asian sourcing and purchasing frameworks. You will also possess strong knowledge of blue chip compliance, quality control and quality assurance.

You will have a history of being a trouble-shooter who finds solutions to problems. You will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisation and time management is a must. You will have a history of managing supplier relationships and operational management.
