Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Our client is one of the leading print management companies in the North and they are currently looking to recruit a Print Account Manager. They have a varied client base covering all markets sectors and offer clients the full print management solution including: operational print, corporate stationery, colour leaflets, brochures, marketing collateral, multi-site retail point of sale.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a proven customer service driven background in the Print or Print Management industry. Joining a busy department, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing either one large account or a number of accounts depending on capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with clients to gain a full understanding of their business and requirements
- Providing support to the Sales team
- Procurement of outsourced items for full service delivery
- Project Management of key accounts from enquiry / quotation stage through to completion
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients
- Processing orders
- Liaise with external suppliers
- Ensuring all projects are completed to budget and schedule
- Maintain good communications with in-house departments and external suppliers throughout the life of the project
Requirements:
- Has a proven customer service driven background in the Print or Print Management industry
- Excellent negotiating, customer service and relationship management skills
- Remain organized under pressure
- Excellent ownership and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations whilst remaining calm
- Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues as and when required
- Ability to follow an internal process
- The ability to digest and understand technical specifications/retain product knowledge
