Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Our client is one of the leading print management companies in the North and they are currently looking to recruit a Print Account Manager. They have a varied client base covering all markets sectors and offer clients the full print management solution including: operational print, corporate stationery, colour leaflets, brochures, marketing collateral, multi-site retail point of sale.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a proven customer service driven background in the Print or Print Management industry. Joining a busy department, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing either one large account or a number of accounts depending on capabilities.

  • Dealing with clients to gain a full understanding of their business and requirements
  • Providing support to the Sales team
  • Procurement of outsourced items for full service delivery
  • Project Management of key accounts from enquiry / quotation stage through to completion
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients
  • Processing orders
  • Liaise with external suppliers
  • Ensuring all projects are completed to budget and schedule
  • Maintain good communications with in-house departments and external suppliers throughout the life of the project

  • Has a proven customer service driven background in the Print or Print Management industry
  • Excellent negotiating, customer service and relationship management skills
  • Remain organized under pressure
  • Excellent ownership and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations whilst remaining calm
  • Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues as and when required
  • Ability to follow an internal process
  • The ability to digest and understand technical specifications/retain product knowledge
