We have a great opportunity available for an Account Manager on a 12 month maternity cover for a fantastic Print Management client of ours in Surrey. It's essential that you have a proven background in Account Management and Print/Print Management.
About the role:
- As the Account Manager you will be an integral and pro-active member of the client service department, providing first class customer service to a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
- Ensure the contract performs within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Provide support and guidance to your customers as required to ensure that projects run smoothly from development of initial concept, to mapping timelines and managing budgets, through to delivery of the end product.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Extensive knowledge of print, POS and associated services
- Minimum of 2 years print management experience
- Account management experience
- Ability to work at a fast pace, under pressure with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of initiative
- Experience working with Print Procurement Systems (Ideally use of Claritum however training will be given)
- Good knowledge of Excel & Word.
