Account Director/Senior Account Manager - Some travel to H/O (Hampshire) based London £40-60k
We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced POS Account Director/Senior Account Manager to join this multi channel solutions based business who have a superb reputation for innovation, quality, and delivery.
We are looking for an Account Director, or Senior Account Manager ready to take the next step and someone who is committed to ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained.
You will need to be a highly energetic person who brings enthusiasm to day-to-day work won’t be afraid of a heavy workload, and will be good at managing multiple responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who will enrich the client with their knowledge and experience within the POS retail and brand sector. You will show a passion for print and an eagerness to constantly learn. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, and immerses in clients’ business to gain a detailed, first-hand knowledge of what they do and the latest market trends. With a dedication to developing your team, you will share knowledge to subordinates, accomplishing the goal of delivering flawless customer service to enhance the company’s reputation and gain repeat business.
Developing comprehensive strategic account plans with key account initiatives that deliver growth and optimise profitability; and project management of these key account initiatives, will also be crucial to the success in this role.
Due to the nature of these accounts, you must be willing to travel to London and Hampshire 2 days a week, so flexibility is a must.
