A newly created role for an accomplished Key Account Manager to join a highly successful sales team focused on the UK and European markets and inherit a number of lucrative accounts.  A true sales role you will be representing a major brand within packaging boasting leading-edge research and production capabilities and operating on a global basis.


Key Account Manager | Plastics | UK & Europe – Home Based | Exceptional Package + Bonus/Commission


With extensive R&D facilities, this is a business that works with premier brands in the beauty and personal care sectors. They boast several industry-coveted awards for patented products and are equipped to provide a unique choice of standard and bespoke packaging solutions and have an active portfolio of multi-national clients.


As part of their growth plans for 2018, they are looking to appoint a Key Account Manager, responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the customer relationship are properly handled either directly or working closely with the support of other departments
  • Ensuring the company remains supplier of choice
  • Working with clients in the personal care, oral care and cosmetics sectors
  • Covering a client base spanning the UK and Europe


We are looking for someone with specialist knowledge of primary packaging dealing with clients in the personal care and cosmetics markets.


Key attributes required:

  • Demonstrable track record in dealing with global brands
  • Excellent experience key account managing and developing high profile customers
  • New business sales skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Successful history selling primary packaging to include tubes, caps and closures etc.
  • Consultative approach with clients; able to demonstrate offering a solutions approach to sales
