Outstanding Managed Print & Outsourcing Services organisation seeks to build upon a truly impressive array of enhanced Corporate Client relationships by appointing an impressive individual to lead their strategic growth plan across all areas of Print Solutions & Marketing Services.

You will be a dynamic & aspirational Sales leadership professional and you will work directly alongside the current Managing Director in building & leading the external Sales team in the focussed expansion of the Business.

You must have an impressive & demonstrable track record in the Print & Print Management arena of both personal sales development and critically, of the strategic & successful sales team performance leadership & delivery of enhanced results….through the people, not despite the people.

Ideally well connected & possessing a genuine gravitas in how to position the ‘solutions sell’ of the Print Managed Outsourcing & Marketing Services offering to a vast array of corporate, public sector & charity Clients/Prospects, this role offers a real ‘carrot’ of immediate influence & future responsibility.

You will demonstrate a notable level of drive & hunger to build success through sourcing and leveraging new & existing relationships, but this must be combined with an intelligent, considered & highly professional business mentality that will apply a consistent strategy through the management, empowerment & development of all Client facing personnel.

You will display & utilise a consultative methodology, delivering empathetic yet highly innovative and effective business solutions to unlock & leverage Client/Prospect opportunities and in reward, this Business will engage your aspirations, match your professionalism & integrity and truly reward your ability to become an integral part of their Company evolution strategy.
