A highly successful print management company  on the search for a driven, self-motivated individual who thrives on a challenge and has the desire to succeed.

 

As Sales Director, you will lead and nurture a team of salespeople to build trusting and long-lasting relationships with partners and provide the very best levels of service.

 

With the aim of maximising company profit, the role will involve a high degree of trend analysis, market monitoring and result tracking, so we are looking for someone with strong numeracy skills and strong commercial acumen.

 

Experience is the firm prerequisite for this job. Accurately forecasting sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace to create strong sales plans will require someone who is extremely well informed about the printing industry. Strong candidates will be capable of foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace and keep our client competitive and innovative.

 

As the senior manager of our clients’ sales team, we are looking for someone with well-developed interpersonal skills, and with an ability to maintain close trusting relationships with both clients and subordinates.

 

Along with this role comes a generous basic  bonus and pension scheme.
