Customer Service/Print Administrator
This is a lovely opportunity for an outgoing and engaging individual with a couple of years print experience, to join a small, close knit and dynamic digital printing company.
Serving a number of clients in the Kent area, this vibrant printer has the requirement for a Customer Service/Administrator to assist with the day-to-day requests from customers both over the phone and via email as well as some face-to-face interaction. You will need to understand the printing process across either litho or digital print and be in a position to take job briefs, provide estimates, advise clients and thereafter raise invoices.
This position will see the successful candidate work very closely with a director of the business and is very much a reactive role in so much as the print enquiries will be generally coming from the customer and will need fulfilling/placing within the business or on occasions, outsourced where need be.
Good PC and admin skills are required for this role as is the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
