Our exciting client are specialists in retail Point of Sale and brand communications, they are looking for an Account Director, or Senior Account Manager ready to take the next step and someone who is committed to ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained.

About the Account Director role:
As the Account Director / Senior Account Manager you will enrich their client with your excellent knowledge and experience within the POS retail and brand sector.  You will show a passion for print and an eagerness to constantly learn. You will be an Account Director / Senior Account Manager who takes initiative, and immerses in clients’ business to gain a detailed, first-hand knowledge of what they do; how their competitors behave; and the latest market trends. With a dedication to developing your team, you will share knowledge to subordinates, accomplishing the goal of delivering flawless customer service to enhance the company’s reputation and gain repeat business. 

With the company’s longevity in mind, you will be required to set key targets for service, delivery and continuous improvement, with regular measurement, analysis and reporting of performance against these targets. Developing comprehensive strategic account plans with key account initiatives that deliver growth and optimise profitability; and project management of these key account initiatives, will also be crucial to the success in this role.

About you:

  • We're looking for a highly energetic person who brings enthusiasm to day-to-day work won’t be afraid of a heavy workload, and will be good at managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Preferably you will have good 3D POS knowledge, but experience working with retailers and brands is more key - ability to sell a group proposition ie. creative, technology, Print, logistics & fulfillment.  
  • Ideally you will be based in the South or South west side of London as many of the existing accounts are based around London / M4 / M3 corridor.  You would be expected to be in the office 1 or 2 days per week but it depends on the individual.
