JOB PURPOSE
    This will be a client facing role and you will ensure excellent customer service is maintained.
    Using your experience of Direct Mail and Print you will manage all the client’s requirements.
    You will liaise with the client to outline and create briefs and specifications for all aspects of the project including print, laser and postal requirement.
    These specifications will enable you to create your own estimate using agreed matrices.
    You will request client approval of quotes, be able to generate purchase orders and confirm with suppliers all project details.
    You will create project schedules and ensure their delivery.
    Collate all final project information including postal information to enable accurate final invoicing and client reporting.
    Communicate at all levels with external suppliers internally and client stakeholders. 
    You will support the client in fully meeting its contractual and service SLA’s with the support of the on-site procurement team.
    You will work with suppliers to bring innovation and added value to the Direct Mail/Print process. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Detail planning and scheduling for Direct Mail/Print 
    Support with E Delivery opportunities and projects
    Taking a client brief from concept to final delivery
    Create, maintain and deliver all project schedules to agreed SLA
    Use client systems to create specifications and obtain estimates from suppliers
    Liaise with Account Director to explore innovation and opportunities
    Develop and maintain client relationships.
    To ensure that the clients contractual and service requirements are met
    To ensure 100% accuracy in the invoicing process
    Co-ordinate suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure project delivery
    Deliver accurate project reporting for the client
    Stock management control via internal systems
    Support with Agenda, Actions and planning of client meetings and report creation


SKILLS
 Excellent technical knowledge of Direct Mail/Print 
    Any experience of managing multi channel communication campaigns would be an advantage
    Experience of dealing with suppliers
    Effective time management skills
    High level of customer care
    Excellent organisation skills, as role involves a high level of administration
    Must be able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
    Proactive approach to problem solving and trouble shooting
    Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    Excellent attention to detail
