Key Account/Customer Experience Executive
An exciting career development opportunity for a customer experience and account management focussed Service Delivery Professional. The role of Customer Experience Executive/Key Account Executive will be to manage 8 client accounts within London offering exceptional customer experience, service delivery and analysis.
The role will entail the day to day delivery of Managed Print Services/Print Management to key stakeholders within client accounts. As well as being office based from Central London, EC2 the successful applicant will also visit and present onsite up to directorship level on client premises.
To be considered for this great opportunity to join a large and expanding company you will be able to offer a motivated personality, excellent presentation skills, a minimum of 2 years service delivery experience and a high level of Excel competence.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £35,000 basic plus a bonus of up to £4000 based on KPIs and team sales performance. There will also be a company car included in the package.
