A flawless delivery of service is highly important to them, which is why they have built a bespoke in-house system tailored to their every need. It is therefore imperative we find someone dedicated to providing a first-class service to all customers, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Communication is a vital skill for this role – it will allow you to build an understanding of your clients desires, and develop a familiarity with their contacts and their work. Candidates must be on the ball, capable of anticipating client demands and protecting against potential problems.
We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual, ideally with a specialist background in POS, however all candidates with proven success in the management of accounts within the printing industry will be considered.
