Operations Manager (Managed Print Solutions)
A leading Managed Print Solutions (MPS) provider requires a senior Operations Manager, Customer Experience and Project management. The role will directly manage a remote team of 11 consisting of 3 Project Managers, 3 Customer Support Executives and 5 Service Delivery Managers.
Our client operates nationally working with blue chip and public sector and SME clients to develop innovative solutions for their document print strategy requirements. Partnering with major technology partners our client is at the forefront of their sector.
The Operations Manager will hold responsibility for team management, project management, customer experience and support training. Mainly London based with some travel.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success delivering high profile internal and external Private and Public Sector projects, as well as second tier line management experience. Managed Print Solutions or Document Management experience is essential. You will be qualified to Prince 2 and ideally have a ITIL.
