As a Account Executive, you will be manage the production of printed collateral. You will be working with high-priority client, creatively delivering excellence against the whole service offering including Campaign Management, Data and Creative Services. You will manage the end-to-end process from brief through to invoicing. The existing relationship with the client and operational teams has developed over time to be extremely strong and you will continue to manage the key relationships. Your work will be pivotal to the future strategic growth of the account. In addition to managing print collateral you will also be involved in managing service improvement projects.
The Required Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with broad shoulders who relishes working under pressure in a professional led environment. The Account Executive will need to demonstrate an unflappable approach to problem-solving and managing difficult situations. You will have ideally had experience of Direct Mail and Transactional print but we will also consider candidates who have other print experience or experience of working with high complex client environment. Although not essential, experience working within a regulated environment, such as Finance or Pharmaceuticals, would be beneficial. You will be skilled at managing multiple client campaigns concurrently. You will be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and stakeholder management competencies also.
