As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will create and drive effective enterprise solution concepts for corporate and public-sector customers. You will be responsible for hands on project management, providing a deep technical expertise and project leadership. You will deliver on a programme of projects, managing resource, project quality and integrity as well as monitoring overall progress. As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will work in a multi-functional, multi country, multi project team to ensure technical solutions are delivered on time and within budget. You will quickly gain extensive knowledge of the markets in which clients operate, business issues they are likely to face and of competitor activities. You will all so have a keen eye for project administration and manage project plans, RACI’s, risk assessments and solution summaries.
The Required Skills and Experience
You will be an ambitious, influential individual ready for this large and often demanding role. The successful Technical Implementation must be an excellent leader and communicator who thinks strategically, is process oriented and has exceptional commercial acumen. You will have excellent knowledge of document management solutions and products. You will also have good knowledge of customer communication technology and its processes. Understanding of data analytics and management will also hugely beneficial.
You will have significant experience of implementing document workflow solutions ideally into large multi-national organisations. You will also have expert knowledge and experience in applications development in areas of project management. Software design, process improvement, user experience and QA. It goes without saying you will have excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as being very detail orientated.
