£Negotiable Depending on Experience + 20 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Monthly Bonus Scheme

Hours of Work: 8:45am - 5:15pm

Our client is a specialist in print management solutions, selling everything from luxury marketing campaigns to point of sale, brochures, leaflets and business cards.

They are now looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join their customer services team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing a positive customer service experience and strives to offer the best support they possibly can.

Responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with a set of customers, being their first point of contact
  • Project managing orders from artwork to delivery and signing off jobs to go over, including all correspondence and quoting to accounts for invoicing
  • Maintaining monthly customer targets
  • Maximising new opportunities that come into the business, including follow up calls and meetings
  • Making jobs ready to be processed
  • Administrational duties
  • Helping customer services to continue to grow and develop - taking on a pivotal role


Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in print environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Previous sales / retail / account management experience is preferred
  • Experience in a customer facing role is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Outlook
